Book a survey and tell us about your site

We visit your premises, walk the site with you, and talk through the hours you need covered, the entrances that worry you, and how you want our team to respond.

2

We check your cameras work with our platform

Our engineers test whether your existing cameras can stream to our monitoring centre, and where they cannot, we advise on the minimum equipment changes needed.

3

We agree the response rules with you

Together we write down what counts as an alarm, who we call first, when we contact the keyholders, and whether we send a mobile patrol or ask the police to attend.

4

Monitoring starts and you get a monthly report

Once the link is live, our operators watch your cameras around the clock, log every incident, and send you a plain monthly summary of what happened and what we did.

Where do we stop?

Work we do not take on, so you know where we stand

  • We do not install or maintain intruder alarms, door entry systems or access control hardware, because our trade is monitoring and response, not fitting.
  • Cameras that will not stream to a monitored platform fall outside what we can watch, so we decline sites where the equipment cannot be linked to our centre.
  • We do not offer a lone keyholder call-out service, because sending an unaccompanied person to an alarm activation puts them at risk and we will not do it.
  • Concierge tasks such as letting contractors in, taking deliveries or answering resident queries are not part of our service, and we turn that work down.
